Y5 and Y6 litter pick
Year 5 and 6 were excellent stewards of the Earth and took part in a litter pick around our local streets and around our church.

Y3 are archaeologists!
Year 3 had an exciting day being archaeologists at Bring 'yer Wellies. Learning how to look for evidence of the past, record it and think about what it might mean about people long ago.

Year 5 finally got to have their (Y4!) trip up Blackpool tower after learning all about it's history and what it meant to our town.

We were invited to take part in a special event to celebrate the 100th Year of Stanley Park. We agreed as we love our park but we didn't really know what was happening......we only went and met The Duke of Edinburgh today! Wow!
Allergy aware
Today we had a special assembly about allergies - what they are, how to spot symptoms and how to help someone who might be suffering from an anaphylatic shock. The children were all very sensible and know how to help our class mates with allergies.
Back to School
We came back to school with a bang! Our staff became a band in assembly this morning as we welcomed Rock Steady Music School. This enrichment offer will be open to all.
Royal Open Golf at Birkdale
We travelled to Royal Birkdale to experience life at The Open.
